Team TOGETHER!

One Team. One Dream. One Wolf.

It has been a long long road, but we have arrived … we are the Conference Champions, as well as the Tournament Champions! It’s a bittersweet moment knowing that this is the last home game ever for Seniors Lisa Lawrence, Kayla Chapman, Janelle Bagneski and (although she sat out due to injuries), Jessica Kromary. Wow, today was great!

We started the game off trailing early on. There were moments when Purdue Calumet seemed to be getting the best of us, but, as tradition at CSU goes, we rise! It was an amazing game that was filled with much tension and anxiety.

With the automatic bid, we advance to the NAIA Tourney in Sioux City, Iowa! Although we will be spending our Spring Break there, we are still very much so super excited!

Until Next Time,

Team TOGETHER!

First Conference Loss of the Season

This was an ugly loss, as well as a heart breaker. We didn’t expect to lose this game, but as a team, we lose together, we play together—those are the rules.

It’s SENIOR DAY!

Hello all,

I’m just dropping a quick line to announce that today is Senior Day, one of the best games of the season. Seniors Lisa Lawrence, Kayla Chapman, Janelle Bagneski and Jessica Kromary will be playing in their last home game of the regular season. My oh my, that is going to be a game to remember!

And We Continue to Rise

We’ve been jumping around lately in our rankings. We started the season off at #15, then fell to #17, now we’re #14 in the National Polls.

Not too shabby.

One Goal

After defeating Purdue Calumet today, our winning streak has increased to 13 straight wins! We’re going strong and hoping to get the automatic bid for the National Tourney in Sioux City, Iowa. With home-court advantage within reach for the CCAC playoffs, and Panella Court being such a hard place for opponents to win, the odds are pretty high for us to take it all this year. Although, we must admit, winning against one team three times is always hard. Let’s see what magic Panella Court has for us.

The next slated game is for Tuesday February 7th at 7:00PM vs. University of St. Francis.

Until next time,

Team TOGETHER!

We may have faced the most dangerous perimeter threat we have faced all season today.” (After defeating Purdue Calumet 2/4/2012).
